Gutter Guard Specifications

5” Gutter Guard:

The actual dimensions of a single section of 5” gutter guard is 5” wide x 48” long. The guard is manufactured using a pre-painted, (both sides) 7-1/2” wide piece of 0.18” thick, (26-ga.) 3015 H-14 aluminum. 3015H-14 aluminum is a hardened aluminum with high corrosion resistance. The aluminum is bent into shape and punched with (4) longitudinal lines running the full length of the aluminum sheet. The longitudinal lines consist of 1” long x 3/8” wide hooded oval shaped holes. After punching, a .012”, 304, stainless steel wire #24 micro-mesh is secured to the top of the guard covering the (4) open-hole longitudinal punched lines and cut into 48” long sections.

6” Gutter Guard:

The actual dimensions of a single section of 6” gutter guard is 6” wide x 48” long. The guard is manufactured using a pre-painted, (both sides) 8-1/2” wide piece of 0.18” thick, (26-ga.) 3015 H-14 aluminum. 3015H-14 aluminum is a hardened aluminum with high corrosion resistance. The aluminum is bent into shape and punched with (5) longitudinal lines running the full length of the aluminum sheet. The longitudinal lines consist of 1” long x 3/8” wide hooded oval shaped holes. After punching, a .012”, 304, stainless steel wire #24 micro-mesh is secured to the top of the guard covering the (5) open-hole longitudinal punched lines and cut into 48” long sections.

7” Gutter Guard:

The guard is manufactured using a pre-painted, (both sides) 9-1/2” wide piece of 0.18” thick, (26-ga.) 3015 H-14 aluminum. 3015H-14 aluminum is a hardened aluminum with high corrosion resistance. The aluminum is bent into shape and punched with (6) longitudinal lines running the full length of the aluminum sheet. The longitudinal lines consist of 1” long x 3/8” wide hooded oval shaped holes. After punching, a .012”, 304, stainless steel wire #24 micro-mesh is secured to the top of the guard covering the (6) open-hole longitudinal punched lines and cut into 48” long sections.
