To make sure your Professional Gutter Guards are providing maximum water flow into your gutters, once or twice a year, we recommend that you spray off, (with garden hose), brush off, or blow off the accumulated debris on top of the guard to help prevent silt build up.
Professional Gutter Guard’s lifetime performance warranty applies towards the original retail or wholesaler purchaser of all Professional Gutter Guard products installed and used under normal or standard conditions. Standard or normal conditions required that the exiting gutters be thoroughly cleaned, fixed, and be properly sloped prior to gutter guard installation. Downspouts and underground drains must also be cleared of any debris or obstructions. Standard installation is performed by a trained and authorized retailer on K style gutters. 5” and 6” guards are designed to handle the water runoff from standard residential roof pitches. 7” guards are designed to handle the water runoff from standard commercial roof pitches. Professional Gutter Guard warranties that their micro-mesh gutter guards will keep the water flowing freely through your gutters and will stop gutter clogging debris from entering into the gutters and forming obstructions limiting the free-flow of water through the gutters. Proper installation, normal use and maintenance subject to the limitations exceptions disclaimers and other terms and conditions contained in these warranties.
Professional Gutter Guard’s lifetime material warranty applies towards the original retail or wholesaler purchaser of all Professional Gutter Guard products installed and used under normal or standard conditions. Professional Gutter Guard warranties that its product will be free of defects in manufacturing or material and will not degrade, split, or crack over time. Professional Gutter Guards are warrantied for the lifetime of your home ownership and will function as designed as long as the product is not damaged. This material warranty applies under standard use and normal exposure to local weather, (sunlight, temperature, wind, rain, snow, etc.). Proper installation, and normal use and maintenance subject to the limitations exceptions disclaimers and other terms and conditions contained in these warranties.
All Warranty claims for either failure or defect must first be sent to the original authorized retailer who performed the original installation for resolution. Service calls for non-warranty repair or replacement may result in additional fees. If any of Professional Gutter Guard products do not meet the above warranties, Professional Gutter Guard, (at manufacture’s discretion) will either repair, replace, or refund the full purchase price of the defective product(s), (not including any installation cost). Professional Gutter Guard requires the original sales invoice showing installation cost and product cost separately, photos of the issue caused by the defective guard, and photos of the defective guard(s). Upon receipt of information, a determination of remedy will be made.
