Shipping Policy
All orders are processed to ship the next business day after receipt of full payment, excluding holidays and weekend.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or scheduled to be delivered on weekends or holidays.
Scheduled holidays may delay shipping and delivery schedules.
Professional Gutter Guard is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen or unscheduled shipping company’s issues or delays.
Depending on the domestic delivery address, shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive.
Professional Gutter Guard can only ship to physical location or APO / FPO /DPO with a USPS addresses, no PO boxes.
Professional Gutter Guard will ship internationally, however additional shipping fees may apply.
An order and shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent via email once the order has shipped.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to inspect the order for accuracy upon delivery. Contact Professional Gutter Guard immediately if you receive incorrect or defective product.
Professional Gutter Guard is not liable for products that have been damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging materials, damaged products, shipping information, and contact the shipper directly to file a claim.
Return Policy
Professional Gutter Guard has a 30-day return policy. Buyer has 30 days from the date of order to request a return and refund. After 30 days all sales are final.
To be eligible to receive a refund, (minus return shipping fees), all items must be returned back to Professional Gutter Guard, (at buyers’ expense) in the same condition that they were originally shipped. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must accompany the returned items.
Contact Professional Gutter Guard to start the return process. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label and instruction will be forwarded to you.
Do not send items back without first requesting a return. Non-authorized return shipments will not be accepted for delivery.
You will be contacted once the product is received, inspected, and a refund has been approved or not. If approved, an automatic refund with be process on the original payment method. The product will be returned to the buyer for non-approved refunds.
Orders containing custom finishes or sizes are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale items and or product close outs are not eligible for return or refund.
